Win one of three Gel putters

Following the successful launch of its innovative Groove Putter last year, GEL Golf (Groove Equipment Ltd) recently unveiled the GEL Paul Hurrion Signature Range designed in conjunction with renowned putting coach and sports bio-mechanist, Dr Paul Hurrion.

The range incorporates the very latest in groove and insert technology and reflects more than 10 years of research and development by Hurrion into the art and science of putting.

GEL's unique technology, using precision-cut, horizontal, aluminium grooved inserts creates instant forward roll on the ball, reducing the unwelcome effects of skidding, while the positioning of tungsten weights around the perimeter of the club-head creates a high moment of inertia (MOI), increasing the forgiveness and creating a truer roll.

The result delivers great feel and exceptional feedback.

"The GEL Paul Hurrion Signature Range allows golfers to enjoy the key benefits tour players look for on the greens, a putter designed with horizontal grooves to impart forward roll, peripheral weighting that maximises the sweet spot across the putter face and heel-toe weighting to increase the MOI for improved resistance to twisting on off-centre hits," explained Hurrion, who works with a host of European Tour and Ryder Cup players, including Open champion Padraig Harrington, on their putting.

The 2008 GEL range comprises four models - Sedo, Sedo II (pictured), Scindo and Rego - all of which are fitted with Winn grips and distinctive electric blue inserts.

They retail at £165 but we have three to give away to lucky Fairway to Green readers in another free-to-enter competition.
